What was he thinking? A man was spotted this morning on the popular Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos taking a dump and relaxing to the cool waves from the Lagoon....He didn't even bother of the road users and commuters plying the expressway as he relaxed while he excreted...A big SHAME to him
