Niger Delta Avengers say they have blown up another Pipeline

These guys are still carrying on with their acts of economic sabotage, yet governors in their region too are not able to pay salaries, leaving many of their people hungry. Their new statement reads:

At about 7:30pm yesterday July 11th, the Niger Delta Avengers blow up ExxonMobile Qua Iboe 48" crude oil export pipeline. When will these International Oil companies (IOC) learn to listen. We (Niger Delta Avengers) said no export.
