Cesc Fabregas explains the difference between Conte, Mourinho and Pep

Tactics

Cesc Fabregas seems to have been around forever. Well it seems that way, and since breaking onto the football scene, the now Chelsea man has played under some world class coaches, and won a huge amount of titles both internationally and domestically.

Now, having played under Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte, the Blues man has been speaking about the difference between all three.

According to Cesc, it’s the tactics that sets Conte apart from the others, with the Italian living up to the stereotype of being obsessed with his preparation.

He said: “Tactically he is the coach who worked the most, more than with Mourinho and Guardiola.

“Conte is meticulous, until everything is done and training is finished.”

Moving in the summer?

Cesc might praise Conte for his tactics but by his own admission, he’s had a hard season, and despite being excellent for Chelsea when given the chance to play, and keeping that assist record going, he’s not been on the field as much as he’d have liked.

Of course, along with Willian, that has meant speculation over his future has been rampant, and with Mourinho linked with a move for the players, along with AC Milan showing an interest in Cesc, it remains to be seen just where he will be playing his football next season.
